Applications:
DCPD 99% min can be used in Thermoset DCPD RIM(Reaction Injection Molding) to produce PDCPD resin, a high crosslinking density polymer. It has the characteristics of high modulus and high impact resistance, good heat resistance, dimensional stability, low water absorption and shape memory property.
Main products of DCPD 99% min used in:
--Automobile buffer plate, fender, horizontal plate, vertical plate, pedal and dashboard.
--Car accessories and impact resistance parts of racing car, also can be used for motor boats, motor sledge and resistance impact mechanical parts, high grade glass fiber board.
--Large diameter pipeline interface in civil construction, sound insulation wall plate, pump block castings and cycle racing, golf car, container shell.
--The flame resistant transformer and pipe. Replacement of stainless steel for its high resistance to corrosion. And It can withstand most of the metal processing procedures including cutting, sawing, planing and drilling etc. in order to produce a complex structure and high accuracy required parts.
